What is the minimum stay?
Most of our spaces are built around a 30-night minimum, ideal for monthly and month-to-month stays. Select rooms and homes may be available for shorter stays through Airbnb when permitted. Just ask.
How do deposits work?
For direct bookings, a refundable security deposit and your first month's rate are typically due to confirm your dates. Exact amounts are included with your availability quote, with no hidden fees.
Are utilities included?
Yes. Electricity, water, gas, and trash are included in the monthly rate on our direct and long-stay bookings, so there's nothing to set up in your name.
Is Wi-Fi provided?
Always. Every home and room includes fast, reliable Wi-Fi, suitable for video calls, streaming, and remote work, at no extra charge.
How furnished are the spaces?
Fully. Quality beds with fresh linens, a stocked kitchen with cookware and dishes, a dedicated workspace, seating, towels, and starter essentials. Arrive with a suitcase and settle in the same day.
Is parking available?
Most properties include free off-street or driveway parking. Exact parking details for your specific home are listed on the property page and confirmed in your check-in instructions.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary by property and are considered case by case. Please ask before booking and we'll let you know what's possible for your dates.
How does cleaning work?
Each space is professionally cleaned before your arrival. For longer stays, optional recurring cleaning can be arranged. A standard turnover clean happens after check-out.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes. Extensions are one of the most common requests we get. As long as your space is still open, we'll simply continue your stay month to month.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on how you book. Direct bookings follow the terms shared with your quote; Furnished Finder and Airbnb bookings follow each platform's policy. We'll always make the terms clear before you commit.
Do you run background checks?
For some direct bookings, a simple ID verification or background check may apply. It's a quick step that keeps our shared spaces safe and welcoming for every guest.
What are shared spaces like in a private room?
When you rent a private room, your bedroom is yours alone, and you share thoughtfully maintained common areas, such as the kitchen, living room, and often a bathroom, with a small number of other respectful guests.
